Determined to help no matter what

To our Patients and Friends of Sutton Dental & Implant Clinic

We would like to thank you for your continued support and understanding during these times, and do hope you are all well and staying safe.

Following on from our previous newsletter, I am pleased to report we have made a number of developments to better assist you during this time.

We are determined to help you no matter what. In light of the current situation, where we are unable to physically see you, our focus has shifted to providing you with as much support and information we can to help you all with any problems you may encounter during this period.

With this in mind, we have completely replaced the homepage on our website to reflect this. This has now become a key page of information aimed specifically in helping our patients with any questions they may have from dealing with a dental emergency, to self help guides on things you can do yourself at home, to membership enquiries, along with updates on the current situation. This page will be updated regularly so please come back and visit the page frequently for help and support.

The new page features a video of Dr Anand and myself, discussing all the things we are doing during this pandemic to ensure our patients are supported.

We are also pleased to report our online booking system is now up and running. You can use this feature to schedule a call for the next day or further in advance. We will then arrange to call you back at your chosen time to discuss your emergency.

We have also added a comprehensive guide to the homepage, showing how you can deal with the most common dental emergencies, from the comfort of your own home. This will be followed with short videos from members of our team over the next 5-10 days.

If you are in the need of analgesics and antibiotics, we can now post these directly to your house. If you have chipped a tooth or lost a filling, we can also send out a temporary filling kit to your address. The kit will include instructions on how to prepare and use the material. We will also post a video on our website demonstrating this. If this is required give us a call on 0121 354 1922 or book online using our online booking feature.
